WhiteHat Jr is a Mumbai based Edtech startup by Karan Bajaj that focuses on teaching coding to youngkids. The online platform lets children (ages 6 to 14) learn programming and are then encouraged tocreate games, animations and applications. Founded in 2018 by former Discovery Networks CEO Karan Bajaj, WhiteHat Jr helps address a uniquegap in the Indian education system. It prepares kids aged 6 to 14 to thrive in this new world by teachingthe fundamentals of coding - logic, sequence, structure and algorithmic thinking - and helping them build commercial-ready games, animations and apps. The company has developed its own original coding curriculum and imparts the lessons via one-to-one live, interactive online classes.It offers four levels of courses - Beginner (Grade 1), Intermediate (Grades 2-3), Advanced (Grades 4-6) and Professionals (Grades 7-9). Responsibilities : - Manage the operational activities and challenges of allocated divisions and ensure resources match workloads to provide cost effective, high quality service within timeliness. - Working with other supervisors and management team members to support agents and maximize customer satisfaction. - Ensuring agents understand and comply with all call centre objectives, performance, standards, and policies. - Ensure training and development plans are maintained for all team members. - Monitoring and evaluating agent performance, providing learning or coaching opportunities, and taking corrective action, if necessary. - Work with the management team to identify and deliver positive change and business efficiencies. - Identifying operational issues and suggesting possible improvements. Skills Required : - Any management graduation from Tier 1 institutes with 6+ years of experience in team management. - Minimum of 4 years' experience within a contact centre environment as a Manager with experience of managing large team size. - Experience within customer services / call centre. - Experience within customer services and relationship management with customers / clients. - Excellent leadership and communication skills. - Strong coaching and people-development skills. - Min 10 years of experience - Experience in running Multi-Channel + Customer Service Operations - Operational Expertise to deliver on TAT, CSat, Accuracy metrics - Lean, Six-Sigma experience - Training / Certifications - People and Team Leadership - Excellent Communication Skills - High Data Analytical Skills - 24-7 flexibility for team servicing global teams
