Profile -
Roles and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Candidates from Digital / Social Media Management/ Advertising agencies will be an added advantage. Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Candidate should have 10+ years- experience in ORM working on social media platforms
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English
- Understanding of different social media platforms
- Ability to identify critical social posts for brands as well as patterns emerging from social
- Ability to avert a crisis with fast and creative thinking
- Experienced in managing social Listening, Real-time monitoring, Customer response management, Analytics, Crisis monitoring and management, Influencer and detractor mapping and management, Press Releases and NBD
- Attention to detail and high on rigor
- Team Player
- Quick Learner
- Ability to resolve queries within a TAT of 30 min
- Cross-functional coordination to solve customer queries
- Excellent MS Office skills and exposure to working on Google docs or G-suite
- Enthusiastic, displaying energy, drive, and stamina
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment under work pressure.
- Pro-activeness in all aspects of ideation and communication
