Creative Director/VP - Creative Performance Team

Job Description :

- CURRENT OR PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WITH PERFORMANCE MARKETING DIGITAL AGENCY IS MUST-

- We are looking for a highly qualified Performance Creative Leaders to oversee the copywriting and content of the Performance Marketing Ads while the organization expands international business.

- The incumbent will safeguard our reputation by guaranteeing that the company strictly follows law guidelines and give legal advice to management about all relevant issues.

Roles and Responsibilities include but not limited to :

- Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion

- Lead static creative development for all performance marketing campaigns

- Collaborate with the performance marketing team to obtain knowledge around requirements and work with team of copy and designers to implement creatives.

- Direct and motivate teams of copywriters & designers.

- Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas

- Revise content and creative, approve/reject ideas, provide feedback to the team

- Monitor results of team efforts and propose actions for the future

Skills Required :

- Good verbal and written communication

- 13-15 years confident and robust experience in Performance Creative Ads

- Should be from Performance Marketing Agencies or currently with Start-up with Performance Marketing agency background as Creative Head/Creative Director for Performance Ads.

- Strong towards Copywriting and content writing.

- Should have 4- 5 years of team management experience

- The ability to balance work on several projects at a time. Flexibility.
