Profile

The Brand Marketing Manager will own the complete marketing charter for our amazing mentor ship programmes and initiatives across new product development, brand strategy, PR, user acquisition and driving frequency.

Work closely with the cross-functional team across business and product to identify, refine and position new product development opportunities through deep consumer understanding backed by quantitative and qualitative consumer research.

Roles and responsibilities include but not limited to:

1. Lead special programmes like Silicon Valley Program, Top 15 under 15 Incubation Center etc.

2. Lead and manage the entire Student and Teachers community

3. Lead complete PR activity through various channels

4. Lead the SEO efforts to get the maximum visibility

5. Assist in global expansion effort of marketing

Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in a fast growing start-up preferably B2C setup

b) Systems Thinking: Early stage start-up hence requires incredible detail orientation and process thinking. Do-er versus a talker.
