AVP CRM-(Growth Marketing)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Lead & manage a team of 5+ CRM Managers to plan and execute the Global CRM Strategy to achieve each market's lead and revenue/conversion targets
- Conceptualise, plan and execute CRM campaigns to generate leads & conversions. Nurture & Engage with the existing customers for Cross-sell, Upsell, Usage and Renewal opportunities
- Drive effective campaigns using direct customer channels such as Email, SMS, WhatsApp, App PNs, IVR OBD, etc.
- Work closely with Art & Copy teams to develop generate new concepts and communication for their respective campaigns
- Conduct experiments & A/B test new concepts/communication to generate learnings that can be scaled for upcoming campaigns to meet business objectives
- Segment the user base to deliver personalized, relevant communication and offers
- Analyse data and identify actionable insights to increase repeat business for online channels
- Collaborate with Partner brands, Sales, Analytics, P&L, Product, Curriculum, Country teams, etc. to identify opportunities across touchpoints and markets
- Define, track, measure and improve key success metrics
- Good understanding of Clevertap/MoEngage and other SMS/email tools/providers
- Own the implementation of CRM tech /automation projects, internal SOPs, & onboarding of vendors/agencies
- Keep up to date with the latest best practices and trends/tools
Skillsets and requirements :
- 10-12 years relevant experience in a data driven marketing function. Analytical bent of mind, comfortable with crunching numbers and turning them into actionable insights that help make focused decisions
- P&L ownership and delivery experience
- Must have managed a team of >4 direct reports
- Should be comfortable interacting and presenting to the leadership
- Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Should have a growth mindset with the ability to test+ learn new concepts quickly so as to meet business objectives
- Relevant CRM /Campaign Mgt /Direct, Loyalty or CLCM marketing experience in an ecommerce/consumer company preferred
- Strong stakeholder & project management skills required. Must be highly structured, organized, logical & drive towards outcomes
- PG/MBA in Marketing
- Immediate joiners would be preferred
