- Take over all responsibility of group operations including Plant, Production, Procurement, NPD, Logistics, Quality, forecasting, 3P manufacturing & R&D.

- Align with management to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals for the organization

- Build efficient & world class team in line with MNCs for future growth

- Plan and monitor day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress

- Supervise different department heads under him & provide constructive feedback

- Regularly evaluate the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements

- Manage and planning of milk & VAP procurement processes

- Manage customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction

- Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability

- Revise or formulate policies and standard operating procedures (SOP's)

- Manage relationships/ negotiate agreements with external partners/vendors

- Evaluate overall performance of company through regular reviews

- Set and achieve short- and long-term goals for growth and profitability.

- Effective management of achievement of strategic and operational objectives.

- Driving thought leadership and team management besides mentoring the leaders at the organization for the next level.

- Candidate should have leadership qualities to take higher responsibilities in future & can grow in a few years' time into senior leadership / director of WSFPL
