- If you are an incredibly intelligent & a highly-motivated individual, excited to build a Premium Beer business across India, juggle multiple work streams across numerous verticals and hone your leadership skills as you manage & mentor a bunch of execution teams, we want to hear from you

- As a Vice President - Human Resources & Corporate Experience, you will comprehensively manage all topics related to Human Capital, Organizational Culture & Corporate Experience for all employees of our White Owl team across all our offices nationwide

- You will also work hand-in-hand with our Senior Management team, our Regional & Central Leadership teams and various internal Regional & Central teams to ensure continuous Human Capital Excellence as well as Team Motivation & Happiness

- Within our Human Resources effort, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

- Strategy Management - developing, maintaining & delivering a comprehensive HR Strategy that integrates and is aligned with the business and strategic objectives of the company; serving as a strategic advisor and execution resource to our broader leadership team on all HR matters and projects

- Human Capital Excellence - developing, maintaining, updating & implementing cutting edge tools & strategies to: attract, motivate, reward and retain top quality talent; foster continuous learning & development, performance enhancement and career progression for the entire organization

- Organizational Culture - managing, maintaining & improving all building blocks of our corporate culture, including team bonding & relationship building, happiness quotients, HR NPS scores, mental wellness, rewards & recognition, external reputational scores, etc.; solicit & deliver transparent feedback to facilitate improvements & high satisfaction at both individual and organizational levels

- HR Leadership - championing comprehensive leadership for all HR projects, including: developing and forecasting organization charts; mapping and implementing all processes & compliances; staying up to date on evolving trends and best practices; providing guidance, support and serving as a role model to our entire HR function; investigating, monitoring, and resolving complex employee situations from origin to conclusion

- Within Corporate Experience management, you will be responsible for managing various efforts related to employee experience across our all offices nationwide, such as consistency in culture, facilities and support infrastructure, including our physical office environment, team building efforts & other related activities

Core Requirements

- Unique ability to simultaneously be a captain & a soldier, a leader & a resource, a mentor & a team-mate

- Work experience of 8-10 years, ideally as a senior Human Resources Manager within the alco-bev, consumer goods or hospitality industry

- Education at a top-tier university/college

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

- Excellent organizational and leadership skills

- Proficiency in talent acquisition & retention, learning & development and HR strategy

- Proficiency with HR policies and compliances, office management procedures and basic accounting principles

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and other office management software (ERP etc.)

- Strong work ethic and discipline

- Paranoia for organization, timeliness and optimization

- Passion for entrepreneurship and top quality beer
