Job Details : - If you are an incredibly intelligent & a highly-motivated individual, excited to build a craft beer business across India, juggle multiple work streams across numerous verticals and hone your leadership skills, we want to hear from you - As a Manager - Finance & Business Strategy, you will wear multiple hats: - Finance - Assisting the senior management team with the entire business planning effort of the Company, including defining & critiquing our short-term & long-term strategic vision; outlining, monitoring & assessing performance/growth/efficiency metrics of all our business verticals; and conducting forecasting exercises & financial analyses for the entire Company - Investor Relations - Liaising with existing and prospective investors on information requests and diligence matters - Preparing monthly investor update materials - Preparing interaction materials for prospective investors including business plans and company presentations - Coordinating with internal teams, and external agencies for due diligence matters - Business Strategy - Preparing of market entry plan for new markets - Preparing and maintaining regulatory materials for prospective market entry in different states of India as well as outside India in line with local regulations including application package, cost cards, agreements, etc. - You will work hand-in-hand with our senior management team and various internal manufacturing, operations, marketing,sales, distribution and back-end support teams Core Requirements - Unique ability to simultaneously be a captain & a soldier, a leader & a resource, a mentor & a team-mate - Work experience of 5-8 years, ideally within the investment banking, equity research, audit or consulting industries - Education at a top-tier university/college - Extreme attention to detail - Excellent Excel modelling skills, and ability to handle large data sets - Excellent communication skills and an outgoing and enthusiastic personality - Ability to think creatively and support decisions analytically - Strong work ethic and discipline - Paranoia for organization, timeliness and optimization - Passion for entrepreneurship, marketing and top quality craft beer About: White Owl White Owl is a Mumbai-based, Award-Winning Brewery renowned for handcrafting beer using the finest of natural ingredients from around the world.
