Whirlpool - Manager/Senior Manager - HR Business Partner (3-7 yrs)
PURPOSE: The purpose of this job is to drive the People Excellence strategy and agenda in line with the business strategy and needs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Work closely with business leaders to define and fine-tune the People Excellence Strategy
2. Partner with business leaders in all the core Organization and People processes such as Organizational Effectiveness, Talent strategy, Succession planning, Compensation planning, Learning & Development plans, employee engagement, I&D, R&R, and Employer Branding.
3. Talent Acquisition and On-boarding: Responsible for hiring the right talent as per the business requirements within target timelines, ensuring a smooth onboarding to the organization and the role
4. Talent Management: Managing talent movements, providing career opportunities basis performance and potential Employee Engagement: Responsible for engaging with the employees to ensure retention & productivity
5. Operational Compliance: Responsible for maintaining operational compliance for different people processes
