Compensation & Benefits

The incumbent will be responsible for designing compensation strategy aligned to the overall growth strategy of Whirlpool Of India Limited. The key deliverables for this will include providing;

- C&B advisory propelled by continuous market scanning and benchmarking studies;

- Review and redesign of remuneration structures / policies in line with the market

- Anchor and lead the annual merit increase process for Whirlpool India

- Collaborating Global and Region (Asia) Level Compensation team, talent acquisition COE and Business HR for our multiple Business Lines to drive specific projects (eg Fitment Matrix, Industry Benchmarking etc)

- Managing and improving our bouquet of benefits to the employees which will include communication and reinforcement of current benefits, introduction / redesign of new/existing benefits

- Lead the Change Management and Communication related to Total Rewards / Compensation

- Support in the design and execution of Workforce Planning / Budgeting exercise for Asia

Performance Management

- Lead the Performance Management process for India.

- Drive the entire performance management cycle for Asia starting right from robust Goal deployment to mid year reviews and final annual performance cycle planning

- Manage a smooth transition to our new Performance Management process and associated Change Management

- Work with relevant stakeholders to ensure People Leaders and HR Business Partners are equipped for performance conversations

- Support the Performance Management process for Asia

White Collar Temp Employee Management

The incumbent shall lead the White Collar temp management for India and will be responsible for vendor management,annual increment process and associated governance

HR Analytics & Reporting

- Analytics has been identified as one of the key areas at Whirlpool to develop insights and drive people decisions.

- Utilize technology and analytical tools to develop and analyze organization-wide people and other cross functional data as needed

- Expected to lead appropriate decision making for HR Team via a robust implementation of the HR Management System

- Responsible for providing partnering on Process Tracking / Headcount and Costs with key stakeholders such as HR Business Partners, Finance, Legal,

- The incumbent is expected to work closely with the Business process leads and identify areas of opportunity to improve processes on a proactive and recurring basis
