Try to automate as much as possible - Define and set up KPIs to monitor the health of the project - Manage and build processes for 2500 people on ground Requirement: - Top-notch academics from a Tier 1 college (IIM / IIT/ NIT) or Start-up experience - 4-7 years of work experience - Strong Problem Solver & team player.
