About WheelsEye

We build SaaS based productivity tools for Large Truck Fleet Owners in India. We are a hyper funded technology startup based out of Gurgaon. With a current team size of about 180, Wheelseye is one of the fastest growing faces in the Indian Logistics space.

Logistics is complex, layered with multiple stakeholders, unorganized, completely offline and deep with trivial and deep rooted problems. Though, industry contributes 14% to the GDP not much focus has been put and progress has been made to solve the problems of the industry.

Fleet owner sits at the centre of the supply chain, responsible for the most complex logistics implementation yet least enabled. WheelsEye is a logistics company, rebuilding logistics infrastructure around fleet owners.

Currently, Wheelseye is offering technology to empower truck fleet owners. Our software helps automate operations, secure fleet, save costs, improve on-time performance and streamline their business.

We are a young and energetic team of IITians and failed entrepreneurs, having rich industry and technology exposure.

Responsibilities

- Working closely with the leadership team to formulate the business's medium to long term financial and strategic plan.

- Producing models to project long term growth and determine the impacting business factors.

- Delivery of competitor analysis, market trends and associated commentary to the Leadership team.

- Analysing financial and operational results to better understand company performance.

- Preparing business cases to support new investment, strategic and other business decisions.

- Evaluating previous budgets, expenditures to develop and implement future budgets.

- Communicating results and recommendations to senior management for improvements that will lead to cost reduction, revenue generation and streamlining operations.

- Provide insights to senior management around financial modelling, forecasts and profitability.

Skills

- Minimum of 7 years of relevant analytical experience.

- Significant analytical skillset, including the utilisation of BI and reporting tools.

- Strong quantitative abilities.

- Able to solve complex problems.

- Professional qualification such as CA or CFA or MBA Finance.
