CA with NBFC experience is must.
Preferred candidates from Pune but open who can relocate

Role: Manager Finance ( Treasury)
Key Responsibilities:
Finance Activities:
- Assist in liaison and manage relationships with Bankers / Lenders for fund raising
- Preparing and providing the data needed by Bankers / Lenders as and when required
- Should be proficient in operational aspects of Fund Raising
- Should be capable of independently preparing the annual Business Plan / CMA for submitting to the Banks and should be excellent in MS-Excel
- Assist in liaison with Trustee and Legal Counsel for Loan Documentation
- Assist in Obtaining NOCs from Lead Bank, Trustees etc for Individual term Loan Documentations and ensure smooth execution of individual term loan documentation
- Assist in Debt related documentation and operational activities including liaisoning with RTA, Exchange and other parties
- Assist in preparing proposals / term sheets to be submitted to Bankers / Lenders
- Liason with credit rating agencies for ratings by fulfilling the data requirements at an regular intervals
- Occasionally take a lead role representing the finance function on ad-hoc projects
- Prepare Function level monthly financials and present a summary of the same to the management
- Assist in deployment of idle funds in best available avenues
- Corporate Planning / MIS Activities
- Keeping track of industry update and competition mapping
- Assist in preparing various department related presentations for internal as well as external consumption
- Assist the Finance department in overall planning and implementation of Business plan
- Coordinating with other team members of the function for preparing critical MISs for monitoring the Finance function on a regular basis.
Expected Candidate Profile:
- Should be a CA.
- From an NBFC background
- Should have a minimum of three years of relevant experience in Corporate Finance profile
- Should be expert in making MIS reports, preparing and understanding Financial Models and well versed with MS-Office
- Should have excellent Communication and Writing Skills and must be fluent in English
