The Salesforce Consultant will oversee full Salesforce efforts, the improvement of customer experience, and project success through team collaboration and contribution of overall technical expertise. As we look to the next 18 to 24 months and beyond, we are excited to build out our platform and find an ambitious and futuristic team member to grow and learn with us along the way.  Essential Duties & Core Responsibilities:  - Advanced knowledge of the Salesforce platform to ensure a smooth architecture of process for both existing and new clients and manage all efforts   - Work closely with Sales and Operations team leads to develop innovative solutions that meet and exceed current standards   - Collaborate with a diverse team and be viewed as a problem solver   - Provide clear, effective communication of objectives and issues as they arise   - Additional responsibilities as per the evolving needs of the organization  Basic Requirements:  - Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Salesforce consulting experience   - Proven in-depth technical knowledge of the Salesforce platform and best practices   - Exceptional analytical, communication, project management, and problem solving skills   - Experience in client-facing roles and an ability to understand evolving customer needs   - Close attention to detail and ability to balance multiple projects   - Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to develop creative solutions  Strongly preferred:  - Technical degree and/or MBA   - Experience consulting for mid-market to large enterprises  Successful candidates will have:  - Proven expertise of the Salesforce platform and techno-functional consulting experience   - A strong strategic, sales, and operational skill set with the ability to balance multiple projects   - Professional and positive approach, self-motivated, strong in building relationships, great at being a team player, dynamic and engaging demeanor, creative and innovative mindset   - Ability to pick up tech on the go   Please note:  Shift Timings: 5 PM - 2 AM (US Timezones)   The shift timings can change over time, basis the business need.  Who are we-   Founded in 2013, by Khadim Batti and Vara Kumar Namburu, Whatfix enhances self-service capability of web products and helps companies to reduce support queries and improve user engagement.
