WeWork - Brand Associate (4-7 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities
EVENTS:
- Create a detailed timeline to show the path & structure of the strategy leading up to the event
- Serve as liaison for community / building-level event leads to manage execution
- Work directly with the external / internal events team to execute and promote scalable brand awareness, community engagement/events across the region.
- Build and manage events strategy and creative development, including budgeting, processes, programming, and working with internal and external partners
- Actively identify marketing and promotion opportunities.
- Plan event from start to finish per requirements, target audience and objectives
- Come up with suggestions to enhance the event's success
- Prepare budgets and ensure adherence
- Approve all aspects before the day of the event
- Analyze the event's success and prepare reports Evaluate post-event ROI, in coordination with the sales and NMD team
- Work closely with an external event agency to plan and strategies brand activations
- Manage all event marketing elements that may be used, such as communication plan, routes to marketing the event, call to action, use of any paid or promoted activities
PR:
- Deep understanding of WeWork's brand and product awareness in markets through local earned media via multi-channel cross-functional campaigns
- Work closely with WeWork member's companies by helping them promote their stories to the media
- Work along with the event team to execute and promote scalable brand awareness, community engagement and thought leadership partnerships
- Work with the brand team and community team to promote marketing events and community events to the PR agency.
- Coordinate and build a relationship with the global WeWork PR team/department
- Manage and coordinate Mumbai media interactions between journalists and WeWork representatives
- Review the PR strategy for Mumbai and PAN India on a weekly basis
- Thinking of new ideas for press coverage and interaction
- Reviewing the press release to make sure all details for Mumbai locations are accurate
- Support the HQ brand team in the marketing plan and translate this into local execution through a wide range of media, events, field activations, partnerships and guerilla marketing tactics.
- Act as a brand ambassador at events and with partners
