We- re seeking a Human Resources Generalist, based in our Pune, India office. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for providing Generalist Support to the Pune TEC employees. This role will be able to consult, support and execute on a wide variety of Human Resources activities including employee engagement, training & development, employee/labor relations, compensation & benefits administration, job evaluation, performance management, policy interpretation and development, talent acquisition and other generalist HR support with the end view of creating a strategic and efficient HR function and achieving its overall key objectives.

- Along with this the role will predominantly be responsible for Labor Compliance activities across India. This role will liaise closely with Our Labor Law consultant to ensure that we are compliant with all Labor Laws.

- This role will also perform some HR Operations work on day to day basis

- Provide support and guidance to managers and employees on all employee related matters including disciplinaries, grievances, performance, policies and benefits

- Manage employee benefits from starters to leavers and all benefit admin required on a daily basis, including annual renewals and general benefit enquiries for employees in the Chennai office

- Heavily involved in driving and delivering Performance Management across the company

- Full support and guidance for the offices and employees, including absence management, appraisal tracking, contracts, inductions, training co-ordination, benefit management and updating of systems with relevant information and interpreting this data when necessary. Providing reports, statistics and analysis of various HR metrics to senior managers

- Involved in ad-hoc projects including actions for employee engagement, compliance, process improvement and other key initiatives as run by HR which can be on a global scale

- Involved in Onboarding / Induction, Rewards & Recognition, Training & Development initiatives at the site

- Take ownership of HR Operations covering areas like Preparation of MIS, Ensuring Personal files are up-to-date, working with PF consultant for PF related queries from employees.

- All other ad-hoc HR support as and when required

What you will need to succeed:

- Experience of 3-6 years in a fast-paced HR function within a multi-national corporation preferred Financial Services background

- Post Graduate level qualification - preference in the HR arena

- Sound knowledge as HRBP

- Strong customer focus

- Project management skills

- Good skills with usual Microsoft Office Package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
