Designation: Senior Specialist - Business (Band -10)

Location : Jaipur, Rajasthan - India (Regional HQ)

Reports to : Manager Business Development (Band -12)

Key Interfaces : MT Network Management, SA / PA team, Customers interface

Overall Objective :

- Drive transactions, revenue & location goals delivery for the region.

- Responsible for planning and investing Marketing Budgets in Business Development activities, improve customer service and protect/grow the business.

- Ensure improvement in customer retention and new customer acquisition through effective programs, festival calendar execution and efficient promotions.

- Responsible for pursuing time bound processing of Western Union key objectives at India Post Circles and coordination with the India team to resolve any bottlenecks support solutions regarding it.

- Grow Market Share in C2C space.

- Maintain Agent Relationship at HQ

Primary KPI- s :

- Retain and Grow Market Share in C2C space

- Devise and Execute effective strategy and marketing program to retain customers.

- Agent Engagement to drive common objective of Growth

Qualification :

- Minimum 5 years of experience in business-to-business solution sales, sales support or Channel Sales experience and proven track record in solution selling within the financial services marketplace and/or business-to-business segment, preferably in banking / Telecom sector.

Skill and Competency Required :

- Excellent communication and listening skills,

- Leadership and team building skills

- Ability to identify opportunities and show superior customer service skills with a focus on building customer loyalty.

- Demonstrate solid computer skills with ability to use MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and salesforce.com.

- Able to take a strong leadership role in implementing policies and procedures to support organizational objective and business success.

- Able to have transparent and effective relationship with peers and collaborate successfully

- Ability to be a Company - Wide Change - Agent that influences strategic actions and mindset changes
