Western Union - Compensation Analyst

The duties of this role are outlined as follows and support both global broad based and sales compensation for WU (Western Union) and WUBS (Western Union Business Solutions) in WU Europe/MEA/EE&CIS.

Responsibilities:

- Administrative support, analysis and file management

- Provide data analysis of WUBS global and WU Europe sales compensation across the businesses

- Identify further opportunities to automate and deliver a more efficient sales compensation process sales / commission plan pay-out processing and audits sales plan design, modelling, and reporting

- 15% of time will be focused on providing administrative, technical and analytical support for global compensation, including: write and update job descriptions, evaluate jobs and determining their classification, updating and maintaining global job families, conduct global market pricing, propose compensation recommendations assist in conducting studies for specific functional areas

- Analyze market trends

- Completes statistical reports

- Assist in the development of recommendations and action plans designed to attract, retain and reward employees

- Gather data and prepares survey submissions for participation in various external salary and manage the data

Requirements:

- 2-4 years of relevant experience in financial industry preferred

- Exposure to sales compensation

- University degree

- Numerical accuracy

- Analytical skills

- Ability to work with complex data
