DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Does playing a critical role in protecting customers sound exciting to you? How about working for a global fintech company on an advanced team that is passionate about preventing money laundering and other illegal financial transactions?

- We're seeking a Analyst, Product based in our Mumbai, India office. In this role, you will be responsible to work on WU digital solutions. The analyst will define the channel product requirements and stories in alignment with our strategy; have responsibility for both new and existing products and services definitions.

- Work on product ideas that are focused on driving sales, acquiring new customers, retaining existing customers, building brand loyalty, and providing self-service tools to customers

- Assess opportunities by identifying ROI, define key performance indicators and partner with analytics team to measure success

- Understand product alternatives and work with multi-disciplined team to understand trade-offs and put value on alternatives

- Define and document product requirements, features, and functionality

- Create BRDs for country launches, omni-channel launches and new enhancements

- Get required BRD approvals from all stakeholders

- Convert BRDs to stories, as needed; work with central product team to hand over the BRDs and stories for execution

- Maintain a product backlog for enhancements; research enhancements, get alignment and approvals from stakeholders

- Provide ongoing analysis on product effectiveness using a data driven approach

What you will need to succeed:

- 4 to 6 years of experience building and launching consumer applications on web and mobile platforms

- At least 3 years of product management experience in mobile and web technologies

- Past technical background in an engineering role preferred

- Undergraduate or Graduate degree in engineering, business, or equivalent

- Ability to break down requirements into epics and stories

- Strong business writing, numerical analysis and verbal communication skills

- Get things done attitude; self-motivated, with the ability to - roll-up sleeves- and prioritize critical deadlines

- Attention to detail and a penchant for creating great customer experiences

- Experience working with multiple stakeholders/teams in different countries with different cultural backgrounds

- Ability to work seamlessly with matrix teams, and juggle projects across multiple networks and platforms
