Position Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Solution Architect specializing in SAP APO (Advanced Planning and Optimization) to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the design and implementation of SAP APO solutions, ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems and processes.


Key Responsibilities :


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for supply chain planning and optimization.


- Design end-to-end SAP APO solutions that align with business objectives and industry best practices.


- Lead the technical implementation of SAP APO modules, including Demand Planning, Supply Network Planning, Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling, and Global Available-to-Promise.


- Provide expertise in configuring and customizing SAP APO to meet specific business needs.


- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate system functionality and performance.


- Oversee the deployment and maintenance of SAP APO solutions, ensuring stability and scalability.


- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior members of the team.


- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in SAP APO and related technologies.


Qualifications :


- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.


- 8-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP APO, with a proven track record of successful implementations.


- In-depth knowledge of SAP APO modules, including Demand Planning, Supply Network Planning, and Production Planning.


- Strong proficiency in ABAP programming and integration with other SAP modules.


- Experience with SAP ECC integration and knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is a plus.


- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.


- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.


- Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and mentor junior team members.
