West Head :
- To find out the new prospects for the business.
- Carrying out product need analysis to find out to what extent the product is required by the market.
- Having basic decision making skills and the ability to do hierarchy mapping for the prospects.
- Hierarchy mapping refers to the ability to understand who, in the client/associate's side, has the authority to take decisions. This depends on the analytical skills of the person.
- To have a proper understanding about the budget. This includes not to overspend and to decide in advance how much is to be spent in what areas.
- Working towards achieving the given targets.
- Performing competition mapping.
- Doing existing account mining. This involves identifying which accounts are more important and which are less.
- Responsible for managing the team of minimum 3-5 managers under him/her.
- Ensuring there are talent grooming sessions and training programmes for the development of the team members.
- Control attrition in his/her department.
- Making sure that cost is under control.
- Encourage and build on the value system in the team.
- Encourage creative thinking among the team so that it enhances the confidence and decision making ability of the team.
- Empowering members to make decisions.
- Perform competition people mapping. This involves establishing contacts with the respective heads of the competitors.
- Ensuring recognition of performers.
- Understanding the standard processes within the organization and have commitment towards the customer
Qualification/Skills :
Academics : Graduate/MBA
Experience : 09-15 years- experience (preferably in staffing industry)
