Lead inside sales

- Sales Campaigns, Team Management, Lead Generation, Inside Sales, IT B2B Sales

- Software Sales, IT Sales, Pre sales , Solution Analysis, Mentorship, Business Processes

- Oversee industry/prospective customer research for sales campaigns (Google, industry-specific portals, LinkedIn. Manage and drive the Inside Sales campaign process that will include research, outreach (eMail and LinkedIn), and follow-ups on positive responses.

- Ensure team maintains accurate lead data in databases and CRM.

- Help with coordination, scheduling, and pre-call research for prospect calls.

- Attend and drive prospect discovery calls towards pre-sales opportunities.

- Work with the team on sales tools like Reply.io, Copper, Zoho, etc., and email verification platforms that the organization follows as a part of the process.

- Responsible for the inside sales process, campaign messaging, and suggesting improvements.

- Assist the team in analyzing and exploring improvements to the lead generation process.

- Ensure all active leads and opportunity details are present in the CRM and updated regularly.

- Work with the Marketing and Pre-Sales team to share details on active opportunities and help them where needed. Ensure relevant reports are generated on an ongoing basis and with high accuracy.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Skilled in Lead Generation, Business Development, Online Research, and Market Research.

- Market Research: Primary/Secondary/Online, Competitive Intelligence, Market Intelligence across industries / domain / technologies

- Open to explore, learn and implement new marketing strategies/methodologies and implementation with minimal supervision

- Experience Mapping/Mining quality Database from the market resources for campaign purposes with average Deal Size of at least 500K USD in Annual Contract Value

- Expert in identifying the right target market in terms of customer personas who are key buying influencers and mapping the right strategy to convert each campaigns to potential opportunities

- Expert at listing out the target audience and the right decision makers for product/service

- Experience identifying new leads and potential new markets through extensive research on companies and individuals online

- Experience in leveraging online procurement portals for RFPs, RFQs and ITT / Bidding opportunities.

- Experience in tapping social media platforms such as LinkedIn to set up first, second and follow up calls with potential customers (individuals and companies)

- Expert in compiling high pitch email and social media (LinkedIn) messaging drafts tailored to

- Should have 7+ years of experience in a business development/inside sales role.

- Experience leading a team of inside sales executives to drive sales campaigns and generate opportunity
