About the Organization:

WeMakeScholars is an organization funded and supported by the Ministry of IT, Government of India under the 'Digital India Campaign'. Our motive is to offer unbiased support to students with international education finance via scholarships and education loans. It is one of the biggest scholarship aggregators globally with more than 26,000 scholarships on the portal and more than 1.5 million students from 190 countries access it every year. For education loans, we work with 10+ banks (public/private) in India/abroad including top banks like State Bank of India. We are a 6-year old startup with a fast-growing team and hence a lot to learn.

Roles and responsibilities -

1. Responsible for managing the team that consists of Financial Officers and also Relationship Managers.

2. Coordinate with the bank and the internal team to resolve issues, if any.

3. Negotiating with the lenders for giving the best possible loans to the customers fitting to the product norms.

4. Maintaining professional rapport with the branch managers of various banks.

5. Monitoring weekly and monthly progress as per the goal sheet to analyze gaps and suggest any improvements.

6. To achieve the necessary targets given on a monthly basis.

Requirements:

1. Should have 1-2 years of experience in Sales.

2. Should be fluent in Hindi and English.

3. Should have a positive attitude towards sales, well, it should be like that person in your life whom you love unconditionally :)
