Formulating strategy and implementing the same to achieve sales targets and revenues 2. Design and recommend sales programs and set short and long-term sales strategy 3. Plan and drive initiatives in zone to achieve overall sales objectives 4. Identify the critical issues of the Zone affecting sales targets &amp; take remedial action/ escalate wherever needed Managing relationship with key people 1. Develop and maintain relationships with distribution dealers and channel partners 2. Meet with Hospitality clients, architects and interior designers to build and maintain relationships 3. Represent organization at key functions such as trade fairs, industry exhibitions etc. 4. Negotiate and prepare trading agreements as required 5. Ensuring all the trainings are attended by distributors and channel partners Business review &amp; Team Management 1. Communicate regularly with the team on various policies, processes and guidelines with respect to Welspun Flooring products 2. Ensure regular team reviews 3. Promoting adoption and usage of sales force 4. Track calls with customers (dealers, architects, influencers, builders) on regular basis through sales force 5. Timely recruitment and retention of right people Collaboration 1. Collaborate with different department heads as per requirements 2. Resolve issues faced by RSMs in collaborating with different departments Market Connect 1. Carry out intensive field visits and interact with dealers and end users 2. Regularly monitor inventory levels and take action if required 3. Support in marketing related activities
