1. Brand and Communication:

- Be the voice of the customer within the organization - develop a deep understanding of the customer and unlock insights, translate insights into actionable plans

- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors- activities

- Suggest inputs for product improvement and design innovation

- Strengthen brand positioning basis consumer and market insights

- Design & run effective Go To Market & market activation modules

- Lead creative agencies in making effective brand content across media/platforms

- Own the consumer experience across touch points (Pre- and post-purchase)- define metrics and monitor the same to ensure a superior customer experience

2. Campaign & Celebrity Management:

- Strategizing & creating Marketing Communications Campaigns across media (TVC/Print/OOH, Digital etc.) & Collateral

- Maintain Brand guideline cohesiveness & messaging uniformity across all touch-points: Digital/ Retail/ Communications /Website/ Collateral

- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs

- Handling the creative agencies on timelines, costs, resources

- Supervising creative design and other forms of communication across media

- Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to - take action-

- PR and Media planning

- Handling celebrity endorsement

- Increasing the brand understanding quotient of the organization

3. A/ID engagement & activations

- Lead A/ID activation/campaign and collateral management

- Understanding and devising A/ID communication programs

- Create loyalty programs for long term relationship building with the key stakeholders in the market, working closely with marketing, category and sales teams
