Wells Fargo - Technology Manager - Datacenter Procurement Suite

Job Specifications:

We are looking for a technology manager to lead the team in Datacenter Procurement Suite(DPS) space. The web-based application is used widely for placing the hardware, software for datacenter. This has other modules related to vendor relationship management.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage a team of 15-20 administratively

- People Management responsibilities (Hiring, Retention, Recognition, Career Development planning etc)

- Drive the team for effective and quality deliverables

- Partner with stakeholders and help them realize the goals

- Communicate with stakeholders (status reports, scrum calls, project related)

- Drive for optimization and continuous improvements Technical Requirements

- 10-12 years of experience in IT industry with atleast 3 years of experience in handling teams

- Know-how of .NET tools and technology

- Experience with Azure migration and development on cloud platform

- Hands-on with agile methodology and scrum calls
