Job Description :
Job Role : West Sales Head, Marketing and Distribution for Wellogo - Based at Mumbai
- To identify prospective clients and generate new business throughout the West region
- To manage/build regional team and grow the business in proportion to the opportunity size of the respective markets
- To retain and handle existing accounts as an additional support to operations team
- To identify new lines of business and establish new avenues of income as pillars for the business
- To manage complete P&L of the business and ensure medium term and long term objectives of the business are met
- Make fact-based decisions regarding business strategy based on Client Feedback, Competitive Analysis, Industry & Company Analysis
Experience / Education :
- High level of financial and business acumen with client relationship building skills
- Executive presence to influence senior decision-makers
- Ability to understand and apply market intelligence to sales & business strategy
- Demonstrated sales experience in a healthcare environment (Preferred)
- Knowledge of Wellness and Healthcare industry (Preferred)
- Ability to use technology and analysis tools (Excel, Outlook, web, databases)
Essential : Graduate from a reputed institute
Preferable : Post Graduate Degree in Business/ Marketing
Location : Mumbai
Experience : Minimum 8 - 15 years of experience
