1. Policy and Framework Development:


- Implement punitive vigilance policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and compliance requirements.


- Establish guidelines for investigating misconduct and ensuring appropriate disciplinary actions are

taken.


2. Investigation Oversight


- Lead investigations into allegations of policy violations, fraud, and misconduct, ensuring thoroughness and objectivity.


- Coordinate with legal, HR, and external agencies to handle complex cases effectively.


3. Monitoring and Compliance:


- Monitor compliance with punitive measures and ensure adherence to established policies.


- Regularly review and assess the effectiveness of punitive vigilance processes and make necessary improvements.


4. Reporting and Analysis:


- Prepare detailed reports on incidents, investigations, and compliance status for senior management and regulatory authorities.


- Analyze trends in misconduct and ethical violations to identify areas for improvement and preventive measures.


5. Training and Awareness:


- Develop training materials and programs to educate employees on the importance of compliance, reporting mechanisms, and the consequences of policy violations.


- Promote a culture of integrity and accountability within the organization.
