- Lead the Retention Vertical at one of the most innovative and fastest-growing global CPG brands from India - Take ownership in executing the vision, mission, goals, and strategies - Manage the Retention Marketing budget, proactively participate in key brand milestone meetings, and provide regular analysis and recaps. - Act as consumer Loyalty champion and change agent in the global D2C team to ensure that the consumer is at the heart of everything we do - Should be able to dive deeper into sales funnel and implement tech, marketing or any other initiative to achieve aggressive growth - Manage the Retention budget, proactively participate in key brand milestone meetings, and provide regular analysis and recaps. - Track and use the user feedback and data to improve product, communication & customer service. - To generate insights through analytics from customer data to help acquisition, engagement, and retention of customers. - Understanding the Customer Retention KPI's in detail and working actively on that. Critical Requirements : - Strong in Analytics and Quantitative Ability - Excellent communication skills in dealing with multiple stakeholders. - Decent Experience operating at least one of the following tools - MoEngage, CleverTap, WebEngage, etc - Strategic Mindset - Able to think through and ideate campaigns, customer journeys/flow, customer segmentation, annual marketing plan, and budgeting. - Creative Flair to effectively communicate brand messaging via graphics, content
