Job Description :

Independently handling / supervising the Finance and Accounts of Group Companies including three listed companies with special emphasis on compliance of applicable statutes including GST, IT, Listing Regulations, timely MIS, compiling CMA, Banking, thorough in IND AS, Tax planning, etc.

Work Experience - 15 to 20 years

Location - Mumbai

- A team leader, taking up challenges to scale new heights, having good insight in general management, functional expertise of finance, accounts, direct tax, indirect tax, company law and listing regulations. Exposure to multi location handling and liking for service industry

Basic / UG Qualification -Any Graduate

PG Qualification-Chartered Accountant
