Weiwo Communication - Training Manager (5-10 yrs)
- Planning & executing Product, Sales, soft skills training & Leadership programs for TLs, RSOs & ASMs, BDMs, Managers in Karnataka & Goa
- Designing and conducting customized training programs and ensuring that training & development initiatives are aligned with the organizational goals and culture by utilizing learning tools and methodology
- Evaluating effectiveness of training and development programs and utilizing relevant evaluation data to revise or recommend changes in instructional objectives & methods
- Preparing periodic reports on the performance and the growth plans
- Accountable for Training & Development across All Channels
- Preparing & Execution of Training Modules, SOP & Training Strategies
- Drive Sales through new product launches & Training Techniques
Accountable for GT & MT
Leading a team of 8-10 Trainers
Required Candidate profile
- Preferable Male candidates from smartphone , Telecom, Retail industry or Product Specialist Trainer
- Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken)
- Presentation and content preparation skills
- Creative Positive mindset to deal with a high-pressure working environment
- Groomed personality and professional etiquettes,
- Critical Thinking, Planning Ability, Team management, Leadership skills
- Influencing and convincing skills
