Job description :
Partner with the Human Resources to develop best in class L&D programs
- Design, implement and facilitate training initiatives
- Identify training needs of employees through job analysis, PMS Process, feedback forms and regular consultation with respective department heads and Human Resources
- Formulate training calendar
- Produce and facilitate training in-person and virtually
- Measures/ assesses training program effectiveness time to time and make requisite changes in the existing training program.
- Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and skill evaluation by their managers, to evaluate the training effectiveness and identify the need of re-training
- Responsible for proper and complete documentation of training data (attendance, Training effectiveness evaluation forms etc) as per the organization
- Deliver training courses and online modules
- Educate employees about development opportunities and resources
- Responsible for maintaining the trainings record of individual employees
- To plan, organize & coordinate various employee engagement activities say celebration of festivals, Special Days, employee farewell, various recreational activities in close coordination with Human Resources.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Excellent communication in English and Kannada
- Extensive Experience in the Learning & Development (Corporate Background)
- Skilled in strategic thinking, process consultation, change management, systems thinking, group facilitation, executive coaching, and team building
- People and performance management
- Good presentation skill and Strong interpersonal
- The candidate must be a strong, decisive, results oriented leader
