What you'll be doing:

- Has strong acumen to grasp complex business problems and translate into task based project deliverables.

- Should have handled projects at a Lead / Project Management level must be comfortable with offshore project delivery.

- Should be able to guide the team in coding.

- Should be comfortable with traveling as this role might involve frequent but short duration trips to the client location.

- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.

Manage the project:

- Prepare the project plan in collaboration with the team members.

- Establish the project schedule.

- Identify both formal and informal team roles for each member of the team.

- Schedule team meetings.

- Assist the other members of the team in resolving problems.

- Help the individual members to make a contribution consistent with their skill level and work style.

- Make certain the team meets the schedule for deliverable and task milestones.

- Make certain that the team conducts the peer reviews on schedule.

- Organize the team presentations.

Education Qualification, Years of Experience & Skill required:

- B Tech/BCA + MBA or equivalent course with 3+ years of experience in IT industry.
