What you'll be doing:

- Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.

- Presentations the products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs

- Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.

- Coordinates sales effort with the management & other team members to develop client target specific campaigns to obtain long-term strategic partners.

- Locate potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering and exploring opportunities.

- Develop new business relationships & enhance the existing ones by accepting ownership for fulfilling new requests which add value to customers.

- Analyse market trends, recommend changes to marketing and business ,development strategies based on analysis and feedback

- Play an active role in the planning, budgeting, monitoring and reporting of Weird Logics’ work

- Manage multiple projects, prioritize work and balance strategic and tactical issue skill.

- Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Principal Accountability:

- Achieve sales target.

- Ensure and monitor customer satisfaction

- Develop the market and customers.

Education Qualification, Years of Experience & Skill required:

Education Qualification, Years of Experience:

- Post Graduate in MBA Marketing/PR or equivalent course with 3+ years of experience in IT industry.

Skills Required:

- Good understanding of marketing principles, online & offline market research methods.

- Love to play with phone & tablet.

- Good communication skills

- Positive attitude and confident personality

- Multi-Tasking.

- Creative problem solving skills.

- Ability to negotiate conflicts.

- Ability to focus on specific sales and profit goals.
