WeInvest - Business Analyst

What you will do:

Assisting the product manager with the business case w.r.t the following :

- Eliciting requirements

- Requirements organization

- Translating and simplifying requirements

- Requirements management and communication

- Requirements analysis

- Applying the subject matter expertise to translate the ideas to working feature

- Identifying gaps between current state and future state

- Developing and evaluating procedures, controls, user requirements and functional specifications

- Documenting and explaining problems and works to resolve software defects, whilst ensuring technical compatibility and end user satisfaction

- Preparing, facilitating, documenting and participating in client meetings/workshops

Who you are:

- Functional expertise in Capital Markets (Equities, Funds, Bonds and Derivatives) - Mandatory

- Expert in end-to-end product flow covering Front/Middle/Back Office, Compliance and Tax

- Strong presentation and communication skills

- Strong technical skills coupled with business intelligence and a deep understanding of customer needs to be transformed into application and operational requirements

- Should have experience in Agile project management

- Expertise in process and data flow diagrams
