Job Description - Marketing Manager

Location : Chennai

Who are we looking for :

You should have a passion for marketing, and be able to strategize and execute varied online and offline campaigns to generate leads and expand the brand awareness. You should be able to adapt to work in an extremely fast paced environment that involves quick planning, execution and iteration.

What you'll do :

- Ideate and lead a variety of online and offline activities like content creation, content curation, digital/email campaigns, event management, social media, lead generation campaigns, performance analysis etc.

- Actively maintain our social media presence, expand the follower base and build an enthusiastic audience

- Run campaigns on Google Adwords, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms for lead generation and brand building

- Identify new features, trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the learnings

- Track Google and other analytics to measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns

- Oversee and approve marketing material, from website content to hard copy brochures and case studies

You should have :

- 4 - 8 years of experience in Marketing with about 3+ years in Digital Marketing

- Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.

- Experimental mindset with strong inclination for analytics

- Experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
