Role and Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for technology architecture, social media integration and hosting, Own web and social media platforms
- Web development and support procedures, tools, and documentation. This concerns preparing scope documents and developing technical support standards and procedures.
- To create and leverage new web applications and channels by Collaborate with External Communications team
- Work with CRM team for managing web and social media leads
- Liaise with CIO organization to align with Information Security guidelines
- Identify, select and manage external service providers and third party tools/licenses; renew/maintain domain names
- Work with external vendors for complex web projects like CMS development, App development etc
- Publish web and social media statistics as required, Craft and implement Group Web Policies that meet high standards
- Proficient in social media tools (Radian 6, ScoutLabs) and techniques
- Excellent understanding of Web 2.0 utilizing the latest technologies and trends including HTML5, CSS3, AJAX search and so on
- Possess experience delivering/maintaining large websites, executing website revamp projects, website migration, integration with social media and CRM platforms etc.
- Must be well-versed in web development technologies like PHP and other open source options, latest CMS tools, web compliance standards, frameworks, best practices
