CMO / Head of Marketing required at Wealthyfox (FinTech Startup) to join Core Team (IIMs/SPJain/NMIMS)

Head of Marketing Role :

- The Head of Marketing will lead Marketing of Wealthyfox and will be responsible for strategy, planning, execution and achievement of marketing linked product business goals.

- Owns delivery and achievement of the business goals take delivered through marketing function.

- Act as a key leader in defining the strategy, focus areas, plan and execution of marketing goals.

- Defines the plan, budgeting and monitoring of marketing initiatives of consumer products across marketing channels - digital, electronica media partnership, offline partnerships, content and social channels

- Owns positioning, messaging, pricing and segment strategies.

- Acts as key identifier and initiator of initiatives based on customer insight and new opportunities across segments and geographies.

Responsibilities :

- Defining and owning marketing goals, metrics and targets in line with business and Product goals.

- Work with Core Team to define, execute and deliver, marketing results across marketing segments and geographies.

- Work with marketing channel heads across electronic, digital partnership and social content to develop and manage marketing mix across channels and mediums

- Drive research/understanding of current and potential customers to lead customer focused decisions and initiatives

- Managing the customer journey through marketing communication and engagement

- Develop and drive deep market understanding including researching and reporting on external opportunities

- Drive and create positioning as thought leader and reference point in Capital Market space through content and engagement programs

Requirements :

- Entrepreneur by Heart

- Should have strong pedigree -Masters from a Premier schools (IIMs/SPJain/NMIMS/MDI/FMS/XLRI/MICA etc.) and Go-To-Market strategy

- Marketing experience of 2-5 years in Stock Market Industry (Preferred).

- Proven track record of delivering exponential growth in user base and engagement for consumer focused online product /service

- Experience in leveraging multiple channels across digital, offline, events, content marketing and partnerships at scale to deliver high growth.

- Highly analytically and metrics-driven leadership style

- Track record in delivering results with innovative approaches in marketing and customer engagement

- Track record of success in providing analysis, strategic direction, and specific business recommendations to drive business results

- Proven ability to drive data / research based decisions

Location : Mumbai

Compensation: (Fixed Salary + equity)
