WealthyFox - Chief Business Officer/Business Head - IIM/SP Jain/NMIMS/MDI/FMS/XLRI

Wealthyfox is looking for Chief Business Officer who can be part of core team and lead the Business Development Team.

Head of Business Responsibilities:

- Plan and implement business development strategies.

- Setting up and achieving the Targets for the various products (B2B & B2C).

- To develop database, tap and build strong relationships with Stock Broking firms, Corporates & Financial Institutions through Direct Visits, Cold calling and Emailing for a mutually beneficial relation.

- Build the Business Development Team across the target areas

- Lead business relationship between Wealthyfox and potential partners (E.g. Financial services institutions, Fintech and E-commerce firms, etc).

- Value added services - organizing seminars, trainings for Members, Investors and Dealers.

- Coming up with strategies, explaining opportunities and encouraging members to enhance their participation.

- Working closely with technical teams for development of new products

- Organize focused region wise events

- Improving existing products

- Manage incoming projects and coordinate with HQ on project requirements.

- Develop sales pitch for members and related marketing collateral.

- To manage the internal database and other internal processes.

- Identify business opportunities.

- Conduct sales pitch, deal negotiations and closures.

- Achieve sales targets for the year as specified by the top management

- Generate required MIS

Requirements:

- Management professional with 5+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development and in-depth knowledge of financial markets with existing relationships in the BFSI/Capital Market Sector.

- Strong knowledge of Brokerage, Stock Trading and other Security Market products.

- The incumbent should be a good team leader who can take the team along and ensure individual and team targets are achieved.

- With proven accomplishments in business development and should be able to induce responsiveness from the target clients.

- Sound articulating abilities and impeccable presentation skills.

- Skilled negotiator with ability to develop and maintain relationships with members.

- Ability to manage workload and at times conflicting priorities as well as tracking progress on a wide range of tasks.

- Self-starter with experience or capability to work in start-up environment.

- High level of commitment to work hard.

- On the whole effective Business driver for the entire Wealthyfox.

- Willingness to travel.

Compensation: (Mainly Equity portion and basic salary)

Location : Mumbai.
