Wealthy (wealthy.in) is making Wealth Management accessible through its online platform and a network of advisors. Founded by two friends who met at IIT, our young team of 40 employees cuts across the intersection of tech, finance, and business. Our team has attracted good talent over the past years, and our business leaders come from well-established companies like Morgan Stanley, Citibank as well as tech startups like OLA, Belong, Digio, etc. The company has so far raised $9mn from Tier-1 investors and serves ~2,000+ advisor-partners and ~50,000+ end-customers across the country.

The Role: Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist

If the question is "how", the answer begins with "who".

Until now, our people function was managed largely by the co-founders and other business leaders. As we prepare to expand aggressively, we are looking to build a separate team for it.

In this role, you help us build an A-team organization, take charge of the Talent Acquisition function, and play a vital role in the company's growth.

Your responsibilities will be:

- Meet aggressive recruitment targets, especially Tech and Finance roles, as, we plan to increase our headcount by 4x in the next 12 months.

- Setup onboarding processes and organic recruitment funnels

- Work on employee branding to attract talent

- Ensure a great candidate experience

You are a good fit, if you have:

- 3 to 10 years of experience in full cycle recruiting, sourcing and employer branding

- Working knowledge of ATS (Application Tracking system) and databases

- Excellent communicator and people skills

- Prior experience with tech startups preferred
