- Originate new business opportunities across Real Estate Segments (Residential, Office, Warehousing) - Primarily responsible for handling the transactions end to end (Fund Raising & Land Transaction- s), service existing clients and adding new clients. - Preparing Information Memorandum, Term sheets and assistance in negotiation of terms and conditions with the clients for Project Finance and Land Transaction's. - Manage client relationships at all levels including decision makers and promoters. - Constantly monitor and improve origination coverage and execution. - Long standing established relationships and demonstrated networking with developers/landowners/project executors and other stakeholders in Real Estate space - Candidate should have familiarity with current DCR Rules for various development schemes - Minimum experience of 5-7 years in Real Estate Sector Handling Fund Raising / Syndication & Land Transaction's Basic Qualification: - MBA / CA Salary offered - 12 to 15 lakh p.a.
