About Wealthable : Wealthable is a digital platform for employee financial wellness. We want to improve the financial lives of middle class Indians by giving them access to financial literacy, sophisticated financial planning and long-term investments through their employers. We are building out our team, product and partnerships for a product launch during 2022. The founder is an alumnus of IIT Madras &amp; Kellogg School of Management with over 12 years of experience in private equity and CFO roles at start-ups. Market Opportunity &amp; Mission : - Less than 5% of middle-class Indians have access to unbiased financial advice. Addressing this will reduce uncertainty in their lives, make them more productive at work and help them achieve their goals. We believe employers should support better financial literacy &amp; planning through employee financial wellness programs as they will directly benefit from a more productive workforce. - Our product will offer each employee a customised portal to learn, plan and invest so that they are in better control of their financial lives. Chat-based support and personal consultations will help us handle complex queries that can- t be addressed through automated solutions. - By March 2027, there will be over 3 cr. private sector employees with an annual salary between Rs.3 lakhs &amp; 15 lakhs. We want to capture 10% of this potential customer base through employee-sponsored or subsidised subscription programs to become the largest investment advisory firm in India focused on employee financial wellness. Key Responsibilities : - The ideal candidate is committed to join the founding team in an early stage fintech venture - this requires comfort with ambiguity in the job description and a willingness to take on whatever role is needed to help the company grow. Some of the key responsibilities of this role are: - Understand industry landscape &amp; help us develop a strong brand and positioning - Use content &amp; social media to drive awareness of Wealthable and its mission - Acquire customers at minimal cost through partnerships, offline events, referral programs etc. - Systematically gather feedback &amp; inputs from customers to improve product offering constantly Required Skills/Experience/Qualities : - 6+ years of experience in marketing roles in a fast-growing B2B company - At least 2 years of recent experience in a startup - Some conceptual understanding &amp; strong interest in personal finance/investments - Great written &amp; verbal communication
