About Wealthable Wealthable is a digital wealth platform for NRIs to invest in Indian financial assets conveniently. We are building out our team, product and partnerships for a product launch during 2022. The founder is an alumnus of IIT Madras & Kellogg School of Management with around 12 years of experience in private equity and CFO roles at start-ups. Market Opportunity There are over 32 million Indian diaspora across the world who own over US$250 billion in Indian financial assets &amp; real estate. They face huge friction in investing in India due to a complicated regulatory regime and rigid bank processes. We want to partner with banks &amp; use technology to reduce this friction and enable NRIs to conveniently invest in Indian financial assets. Wealthable will help NRIs open accounts, research &amp; monitor investments and file taxes in India. Based on our survey &amp; qualitative interviews, we believe there is latent demand from a large number of NRIs in a product that will address their tax/regulatory concerns &amp; help them invest across multiple asset classes. We estimate that 2 million+ NRIs would be interested in such a product, of whom we aim to capture at least 10% in the first 5-7 years. Key Responsibilities - The ideal candidate is committed to being an entrepreneur and is excited by the huge market opportunity in helping NRI clients invest in India. This role requires a hustler who can take on a wide range of roles to drive growth for Wealthable. Some examples are - - Build a strong brand for Wealthable through content, digital marketing, social media presence - Acquire customers at minimal cost through partnerships, offline events, referral programs - Directly influence &amp; sell to anchor customers Required Skills/Experience/Qualities - - 8-15 years of experience in marketing, sales and/or growth at B2C businesses - At least 3 years of experience in a B2C startup in a similar role - Strong conceptual understanding of personal finance &amp; investments - Unshakeable integrity committed to always doing the right thing for clients - Great written &amp; verbal communication
