- An ability to think - customer first-
- Responsible for meeting sales targets
- A hunger to personally succeed in a bigger way than possible in a regular job

- Experience in Wealth management & HNI Relationship management directly handling a large book size
- Look for profiles from leading Wealth management or HNI Portfolio management firms (you can also look at candidates from Securities background)
- Should have a passion for managing relationships and hunger to make it BIG
- Comfortable with Technology
