About: A Wealth Relationship Manager would primarily deal with individual HNI & UHNI customers and advise them on various financial products and services offered by the organization

Acquire, retain, and deepen portfolio to maximize sales performance to achieve revenue targets through, wealth management products, structured products (secured, unsecured) and any other products being offered by the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Grow AUM and Sales revenue on a month-on-month basis.

- Support Managers in devising and implementing action plans to achieve business objectives.

- Organize and participate in all promotion activities organized at the organization.

- Partner with customers through their life cycle and offer suitable products and services based on their financial needs.

- Nurture the current customer relationships while maintaining the quality of the portfolio Expand and develop the customer base by onboarding new customers.

- Formulate sales strategies, tap into cross-selling and upsell opportunities, to ensure maximum customer reach.

- Offer clients suggestions on various financial products and services.

- Managing and monitoring investments on behalf of clients.

- Analyse clients' financial goals and assets allocation

- Monitor clients existing investment portfolios and suggesting improvements.

- Help develop effective strategies to increase overall wealth.

- Manage assets and setting up investments for clients.

- Monitor the performance of investments done by client.

Requirements-

- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Management, Economics, or a related field

- A CFA, CFP or CWM certification is desirable

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Wealth Manager or a similar role

- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills

- Good time management and organizational skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality of any sensitive information

- Impressive presentation and negotiation skills Ability to offer improved customer experience
