Job Summary:
- As a Wealth Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing and expanding relationships with High Net Worth (HNW) clients.
- Your primary focus will be on managing liabilities and commercial assets, providing exceptional customer service, and cross-selling banking products.
- You will also inform clients about new products, plan and execute special sales initiatives, coordinate with group companies, and maintain comprehensive relationship records.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and manage relationships with High Net Worth (HNW) clients to meet their financial needs.
- Customer Service and Policy Compliance:
- Ensure high levels of customer service orientation and adherence to bank policies and procedures.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
Product Cross-Selling:
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell existing bank products to clients, aligning with their financial goals and needs.
- Keep clients informed about new products, enhancements, and services to enhance their banking experience.
Sales Initiatives and Events:
- Plan and conduct special sales initiatives and events to attract prospective clients and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Develop strategies to engage clients and promote bank offerings.
Coordination with Group Companies:
- Work closely with other group companies to provide clients with seamless access to a broader range of products and services.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to meet client needs.
