Key Responsibilities:
Manage CASA Book:
- Oversee the growth and maintenance of Current and Savings Account (CASA) portfolios, both for existing clients (ERV) and new-to-bank clients (NTB).
- Drive overall business performance in the wealth management sector.
Leadership and Mentoring:
- Lead a team of Wealth Banking Relationship Managers.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to enhance team performance and development.
Trade, FX, and Asset Management:
- Oversee the Trade & FX business and the asset management functions within the wealth team.
- Ensure optimal performance and client satisfaction in these areas.
Client Engagement:
- Ensure comprehensive and proactive client engagement, ensuring total client ownership.
- Develop and implement strategies for deeper client relationships and enhanced service delivery.
Cross-Sell Opportunities:
- Collaborate with other business units to identify and leverage cross-selling opportunities.
- Integrate various product offerings to meet client needs effectively.
Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to all compliance processes and regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor and manage risks associated with the wealth management activities.
Coordination and Infrastructure:
- Work with other departments to ensure the team has the necessary support and infrastructure.
- Facilitate smooth operations and address any operational challenges.
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals.
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to stay on track.
Product Delivery:
- Ensure the team delivers consistently across all products, including balance sheet management, FX, investment, and asset products.
- Maintain high standards in product delivery and client service.
Talent Management:
- Recruit and retain talented team members.
