Job Description:
- Engage with existing clients to promote and sell mutual fund products.
- Utilize the assigned database and generate leads through referrals to expand the client base.
Achieving Business Targets:
- Meet predefined targets for business development and sales in terms of upselling products.
- Enhance and upgrade client relationships by increasing their net worth through appropriate financial products.
Customer Profiling and Needs Analysis:
- Conduct thorough profiling of customers to understand their financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.
- Recommend suitable financial products (including mutual funds) to meet identified customer needs.
Service Excellence:
- Provide highest levels of service and support to clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Act as a single point of contact for assigned customers, addressing all their financial queries and concerns.
Investment Planning and Advice:
- Offer personalized investment planning and advice based on client profiles and market conditions.
- Keep clients informed about market trends, investment strategies, and regulatory changes.
Sales and Revenue Targets:
- Achieve sales targets across a diverse product mix, including mutual funds and other financial instruments.
Acquisition and Servicing of HNI/UHNI Clients:
- Focus on acquiring and managing relationships with High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth Individuals.
- Build long-term relationships based on trust and effective financial advisory.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- NISM Certification: Preference is given to candidates who are certified by the National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM), demonstrating a solid understanding of mutual funds and securities regulations.
- Financial Acumen: Deep knowledge of mutual funds, investment products, and financial markets.
- Sales and Relationship Management: Proven track record in sales, preferably in wealth management or financial services.
- Customer Orientation: Ability to understand client needs and provide customized financial solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and effectively convey complex financial information.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess financial situations and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Ethical Standards: Adherence to high ethical standards and regulatory compliance in financial advisory.
