- The role includes onboarding new Channel Partners (APs), providing continuous support until they are fully operational, and ensuring their success by driving business outcomes.
- The ideal candidate will work closely with Product, Digital Marketing, and Compliance teams to ensure smooth onboarding, training, and engagement of APs.
- They will also be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive business model for APs, while collaborating with other product managers to ensure APs are well-versed in driving key products.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and handhold APs until they are ready to drive business outcomes.
- Drive revenues from AP business by collaborating with APs to promote products such as Demat, Retail Trading, and Wealth Management products (e. , Mutual Funds, IPOs, Bonds, FDs).
- Develop a rating system to categorize APs based on performance, identifying high and low performers.
- Partner with the Digital Marketing team to create and execute online campaigns that drive engagement, lead generation, and conversions for the AP business.
- Organize and execute offline engagements such as seminars, webinars, and events to educate APs, drive engagement, and boost conversions.
- Develop and manage training content, including videos, webinars, and documentation, to enhance the capabilities of APs and ensure they are well-equipped to drive revenue.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of AP business models and partner management, with a proven track record of driving partner success.
