Requirements for our Wealth Advisory Firm: 1. We need candidates who have prior experience of Wealth Management. 2. Candidates should have worked with either a Bank or a Wealth Advisory Company. 3. Preference is for candidates who have an existing book of clients. 4. Min experience is 3 years in the industry (no upper limit). 5. Remuneration can be fully flexible in terms of many combinations. 6. We will have a minimum fixed with variables. The variables are purely on the book they bring & grow with us. The variable can be paid monthly, quarterly or on an annual basis. 7. We also have an option of converting variables into company equity. 8. We strictly don't advise our clients on 3rd party PMS projects, Real Estate & ULIP plans of Life Insurance Cos. 9. Someone who has managed 30 crores of equity live book
